license to verify the qualifications required to download EFE v.3.3. Prior to
downloading, users will be required to confirm via a check box that they
understand and accept the EFE v.3.3 License Agreement and are eligible to
receive the EFE v.3.3 download as per the U.S. Export Administration
Regulations.
